WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?
What is your policy on returns and how to raise the request?
- Any product delivered defective / damaged or wrong with respect to what is shown on the website could be returned / replaced within 48 hours of the delivery. Please reach out to our WhatsApp chat support on +91 93114 04450 or drop an email at customercare@purehomeandliving.com, available all 7 days between 0930 Hrs. to 1830 Hrs.)
- We accept returns / replacements of Cutlery, Cushion Covers, Napkins, Bath, Face & Hand Towels, Bath Mats and Placemats ONLY. Please place the return / replacement request within 48 hours of the delivery.
- Due to fragile nature of our products and complexities of reverse logistics, we do not accept returns / replacements in rest of the categories & sub categories. Please return the products in their original packaging and unused. Double-check that you've included all the tags, warranty cards, and all other attachments that came with your order.
- Any personalised product is not eligible for return/exchange
- Products bought in Wall to Wall Sale are final. No refunds or exchanges to be accepted.
If I pay for my order by Debit or credit card, how long will it take to process my refund?
It’ll take 4-5 business days for us to receive your products and perform a quality check We’ll then take 2 business days to approve the refund. Your bank or card may take a further 2 to 7 business days to process the transaction.
